Located uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina, Butterfly serves numerous shoppers including the corporate and professional clientele who work nearby, as well as tourists and convention-goers.

About Madame Butterfly

Héloïse Perizada Gerteiny is the owner and jewelry artist-in-residence at Butterfly. She has an extensive background in the arts, music, and business. Butterfly’s creations are elegant, one-of-a-kind confections.

Outside of the jewelry world, Héloïse has been a professional dancer for most of her life. She specializes in fusing the music and passion of the Romani people (the Gypsies) with traditional dance forms of the Near and Middle East. These influences are evident in the rich décor and atmosphere of the boutique.

Héloïse hand-selects or creates every item offered for sale at Butterfly. She travels regularly to New York, Atlanta, and New Orleans in search of the most beautiful and unique offerings for the store. From business casual to red-carpet event, Butterfly Jewelry and Treasures has the unique jewelry or accessory you’re looking for.
