The shop is located in Bank of America Plaza at 101 South Tryon Street, in the Overstreet Mall. Enter behind the Grande Disco at the corner of Trade and Tryon Streets, and turn left up the stairs. We hope you are delighted with your purchase of original handcrafted jewelry from Butterfly Jewelry & Treasures' Online Jewelry Boutique! In the event that a return is necessary, you may send the item back to us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange for another piece of jewelry. The item must be returned in its original condition; shipping charges are excluded from refunds.
GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASERS:
If you're purchasing a gift certificate which you plan to print and personally deliver, if you're not sure of the recipient's Paypal registered email address or just not sure who you will give it to, please do not include a recipient email address. If a recipient’s email address is indicated on a printed gift certificate, it may be redeemed only by the owner of that email address. If a gift certificate is sent to the wrong email address or is lost, it can be canceled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date.
GIFT CERTIFICATE RECIPIENTS:
When redeeming multiple gift certificates for a single purchase, each gift certificate must be denominated in the same currency. A monthly purchase limit for gift certificates equal to $500.00 USD, calculated using PayPal current exchange rates, may apply to some PayPal members. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months and can only be redeemed at our online boutique.

In addition, our shopping cart is hosted and your transaction conducted by Paypal, the industry leader in online transaction security. A PayPal account is NOT required to purchase using your preferred payment method with PayPal's secure transaction solution.
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, and includes insurance on your purchase.
North Carolina has a sales tax of 8.25% which will be added to all purchases shipped to a NC address.
